退款政策

At K2 clothing Co.,Ltd, we accept returns only for defective items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Regarding Cancellations
Once your order is complete, we are unable to accept cancellations or size changes for the ordered items. Please be sure to carefully review the product details, including the product page and size guide, before placing your order.

Return Period
Returns for defective items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs
K2 clothing Co.,Ltd will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items.

Refund for Shipping Costs
If your return is accepted, we will refund the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at shop2@yori-jp.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 151-0051 K's House 2F 1-24-9, Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Items must be unused. Please ensure to keep the tags and the invoice, as they are required. You can always contact us with any questions about returns at shop2@yori-jp.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the situation and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that are not defective. For any inquiries regarding specific items, please get in touch with us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
