Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:

*International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied to their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

 

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship to multiple international locations. However, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We are not responsible for any customs and import duties applied to your order.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
